Integrative Oncology/Integrative Medicine/Wellness

Provided by Dr. Kendra Pope & Dr. Amanda Marino

For clients seeking comprehensive integrative and holistic care for support of cancer, chronic disease, and preventative care utilizing nutrition, herbs, supplements, and other integrative therapies. This approach is best for owners seeking another professional to join their pets care team. Your pet will be scheduled for either a Routine or Complex Consultation. Routine Consultations are 60 minutes in length and cost $400. Complex Consultations are 90 minutes in length and cost $600. Prices DO NOT include the cost of diet plans, supplements, or ancillary therapies. All oncology cases are considered complex. Follow-up appointments are also charged based on time and complexity. Appointments are available within 2-6 weeks depending on the doctor requested. If we feel that we are suited to join your pets care team upon completion of this form, you will be prompted to schedule an introductory call with our Client Coordinator to ensure our goals are aligned, and to complete the scheduling process.

Acupuncture Only

Provided by Dr. Amanda Marino

For clients seeking a brief assessment and acupuncture treatment plan without comprehensive recommendations surrounding nutrition, herbs, supplements, and other integrative therapies. This does not replace a comprehensive Integrative Oncology/Integrative Medicine/Wellness consultation but is recommended for owners who are seeking a simplified approach to holistic care. If you are unfamiliar with an integrative approach to treatment but are seeking supportive care through acupuncture, this option is a great way to ease into the world of holistic pet care. Acupuncture Only Consultations are roughly 45-60 minutes in length and cost $180. Appointments are typically available within 2 weeks. Introductory calls with our Client Coordinator are not necessary for these appointments unless otherwise requested.

Chiropractic Only

Provided by Dr. Melissa Shaw

For clients seeking chiropractic adjustment only. For a more holistic approach, chiropractic care can be combined with other modalities. The goal of chiropractic treatment is to increase mobility and enhance the nervous system function- which after all, controls every function in the body. Chiropractic is an effective tool to help treat many musculoskeletal conditions that your animal may be experiencing, and it is also key in optimizing quality of life and performance. This service is offered by Dr. Melissa Shaw, DC. Initial Chiropractic Consultations are about 45 minutes in length and cost $135. Follow-up appointments are 15 minutes and cost $110. Appointments are typically available within one week. Introductory calls with our Client Coordinator are not necessary for these appointments unless otherwise requested.

Massage Only

Provided by Heather Wallace, ESMT, CST, CCMT, CEE.

For clients seeking massage therapy with or without the use of aromatherapy or craniosacral therapy. This service is offered by Heather Wallace, ESMT, CST, CCMT, CEE. Initial Massage consultations are about 30 minutes in length and cost $120. Follow-ups are 15 minutes and cost $105. Appointments are typically available within one week. Introductory calls with our Client Coordinator are not necessary for these appointments unless otherwise requested.

Please Note: Before submitting a consultation request:

  • New clients must complete the below questionnaire to assist in expediting patients who we are confident we are best suited to treat. Calls to our office will be responded to via text with instructions on how to fill out the online form.
  • Submitting an online request is the only way to schedule a consultation. Our client coordinator will outline our services and answer your questions before scheduling your appointment.
  • We are not a conventional veterinary office and do not offer traditional veterinary care, including routine chemotherapy, as we specialize in holistic and integrative care.
  • We strongly urge all oncology patients to seek out conventional opinions before consulting with our office.
  • Oncology patients who have not yet consulted with a conventional oncologist can now schedule virtual appointments with our colleague, Dr. MaloneyHuss. Please click here to schedule an appointment with her office.
  • Once submitted, consultation requests may take 2-3 business days for review. Those that we feel would be best treated by other practitioners will be provided with referral information to assist in finding those services.
  • Clients with sick or unwell pets should not wait for a response, as we do not offer emergency services and are unable to provide consultations ahead of the available appointment times. Please go to the ‘Trusted Colleagues’ section on our Resources page for referral information or additional treatment options.
