Tele-Advice Referral

Please Note: Before submitting a Tele-Advice Referral:

Veterinary referrals are required for virtual appointments. When a distant client requests a Tele-Advice session with our office, we need a referral from an RDVM that holds a Veterinarian-Patient-Client-Relationship (VPCR). As we are consulting virtually and do not hold a VPCR, we are unable to treat or diagnose disease, or make treatment or supplement recommendations. We will need your authorization and participation in order to facilitate your patients’ care properly and legally.
