Please Note: Before submitting a Tele-Advice Request:
Clients who are unable to travel to the practice for one-on-one services may schedule Tele-Advice Zoom calls with Dr. Pope.
Without a physical exam, Dr. Pope does not hold a veterinarian-patient-client-relationship (VPCR), and therefore cannot diagnose, prognose, or treat specific diseases. Dr. Pope will not become a participating member of your pets’ care team via this call. This call is intended for general advice and educational purposes only and serves as a question-and-answer session.
We will not request any records from your pets’ veterinarian. Documents can be attached to the submission form below and any additional documents you are interested in having Dr. Pope review can be shared via the screen share feature during the Zoom call. Please do not email documents ahead of time as they may get lost. Either attach important documents below or have them prepared for review via screen share at the time of the meeting. No formal follow-up recommendations or paperwork will be provided after the call. Owners are encouraged to take notes and have their questions prepared prior to the meeting.
Forty-five (45) minute initial appointments and fifteen (15) minute follow-up appointments are available for scheduling. Appointments have strict time limits, and we will not be able to accommodate appointments that run over time. Payment is due in full at the time of scheduling and international clients must pay via PayPal within 3 business days of scheduling the appointment, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled. International clients will be charged an additional international processing fee. Cancellations may be made up to three business days (72 business hours) prior to the scheduled appointment, after which the payment is non-refundable. Cost of initial appointments are $375. Follow ups are $125.
If you would like to schedule a call with Dr. Pope, please complete the below information and a staff member will call you within 48-72 business hours to schedule the appointment.
