Dr. Kelley Lay

Hi everyone! I’m Dr. Kelley Lay! I have just over 10 years of clinical experience and a passion to bridge the gap between traditional and holistic care. I’m launching Nature and Nurture, PLLC this year, a Life Centric Pet Wellness Center near Nashville, TN, that focuses on functional medicine, sustainability, optimization of both lifespan and health span of pets, and being a force for good in the world beyond VetMed. My background spans general practice, emergency medicine, and executive leadership through several years in industry as a veterinary consultant. I currently serve as Medical Director for a non-profit clinic supporting animal rescue efforts and run Kelley Lay Coaching, an online business that provides support for my colleagues by coaching veterinarians in personal and professional growth.
