Dr. Helen Chiu

Hi, I’m Helen. I work as a relief veterinarian, blending about 80% conventional GP with 20% TCVM and rehab. My nontraditional path has kept my career flexible and fun, and since moving from LA to Alaska, I’ve loved caring for this community — especially senior pets. I’m here to grow my skills in integrative oncology so I can better guide families through cancer care. When I’m not at work, I enjoy volunteering at sled dog races, hiking, kayaking, and exploring Alaska’s incredible outdoors. I’m excited to learn from this group — both in medicine and in how you each approach practice and business.
